Quilla Corporation is looking for an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of Quilla Corporation and its brands: LabelShoesPH, BrwnSkin, and AVA.
This is not just a management position.
We are looking for someone who can build systems, lead people, solve problems, improve efficiency, and help scale multiple brands under one growing organization.
YOUR MISSION:
Lead operations across production, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, people coordination, and business processes—ensuring that every part of the organization moves with speed, discipline, quality, and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily operational activities across Quilla Corporation and its brands
• Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, and SOPs
• Coordinate production, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational accountability
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Work closely with management to support business growth and expansion
• Maintain Quilla's standards of quality, excellence, and ex*****on
