📝 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

✔️ ORDER INFORMATION
Kindly read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting an Order Form. No order form, no order will be considered. Once an Order Form is submitted, no cancelation is allowed. We do our best to secure your item and this is being paid fully. Please be responsible in terms of ordering, shipping, and payments process to avoid penalty fees, cancellations and misunderstandings.

✔️ PRODUCT INFORMATION
We always try our best to secure your orders. Especially when the down payment has been settled. However, out of stock or sold out remarks are out of control of our shop. We will refund the payment made if the items are out of stock.

✔️ PAYMENT INFORMATION
For every payment made, Payment Form shall be submitted. Payment Details are available in the Order Form provided. Payment Validation is 1-3 business days. Once your payment is validated, we will send out an Updated Invoice. Check Due Date stated in the invoice. Settle the payments accordingly to avoid Penalty Fees. Failure to complete payments on time, penalty fee applies as per shop’s T&C

✔️ DOWN PAYMENT
Down payment must be settled within 24-72 hours after sending order form or after receiving invoice, depending on type of order. We accept delays but you must inform us beforehand.

✔️ NO PAYMENT
If the ordered item has no down payment in 7 days after the order date with no notification, the order will be cancelled. But since you submit an order form, you are responsible enough to follow T&Cs.

✔️ LATE PAYMENT
Late payments will be acknowledged once we received a notice from the customer days before the due date. If the customer payment exceeds 3 days after due date, there will be a 20 pesos penalty fee per day. A kind conversation with us will always go a long way. Just inform us so we can both adjust on the Payment Terms

✔️ REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Once the customer requested for refund or to return the item due to damages, we will require proof within 2 hours of request. No unboxing video of the item there will be no refund.
