Sunblock is your greatest skin saver. Many people are not paying attention to what sunblock can offer their skin in the long run. It offers so much protection not all skincare products could provide. You may not see what it does to your skin now but thank yourself later if you are doing it now.

✅your skin needs SPF 30 or higher to block UV rays
✅even darker skin tones needs to cover up with spf
✅wearing sunblock everyday is a must
✅reapplying sunblock is as important sa applying
✅no sunscreen is waterproof/sweat proof
✅your gadgets emit blue light radiation which can damage your skin,wear your sunblock
✅higher spf isn't always better, sometimes the margin differnce is extremely small
