The Municipality of Buenavista reminds all market vendors, business establishments, and the general public that the use and selling of single-use plastics are strictly prohibited pursuant to 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟎𝟏𝟑-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Any person or business establishment caught selling and/or using single-use plastics shall be penalized in accordance with Municipal Ordinance No. 013-2025.

Everyone is encouraged to use eco-bags, reusable containers, and other environment-friendly alternatives.

Revocation of license to operate within the calendar year.
