Hello, dear readers, followers, and customers!
We would like to apologize po sa mga delayed na replies and checkouts ng orders nyo from international stores. My co-founder/older sister started working na po kasi and every weekend po ang uwi nya, while I, on the other hand, have resumed with my studies na rin.
Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to accommodate all of you; mula sa pagrereply sa mga messages, emailing ng concerns sa iba't ibang CSR ng iba't ibang bookstores, hanggang sa pag-aabono sa mga orders with 50/50 payment agreement.
Hindi po madali pero we both love doing what we are doing kaya di namin isinusuko yung business.
I am asking everyone lang po na please be gentle and understanding towards us sellers din po. 16 lang po ako, 21 si Ate; the two of us giving our everything to make the best out of our love for books, kaya please iwasan nyo po sana na i-bully ako/kami. Alam po namin na may kabagalan kami mag reply kasi nga po marami rin yung kinakausap namin, pero wag naman po sana kayo magbitaw ng masasakit na salita just to try to prove your point and rub it on our faces. Hindi po always right ang customer, because sellers have rights too. π
Bukod po don,no need to worry about the weather as we secure your books for it to arrive safely to the warmth of your home.
