Venue Requirements: Logistics vary per location. From transportation to sourcing tables, chairs, and specialized hand-wash fabrics for non-hotel venues, every detail is accounted for.
Unique Styling (Inspo & Motif): We do not recycle backdrops or concepts. Every client receives custom styling, often requiring us to source fresh flowers, high-grade fabrics, and new props tailored to your exact vision.
Guest Count Logistics: More guests mean additional curated tablescapes, custom centerpieces, charger plates, and structured layouts to ensure a seamless look.
2. Complete Team & Operational Support
When you confirm your booking, a full crew goes to work—from drivers and haulers to lead stylists and ceiling treatment specialists. We fully shoulder our team's transportation, meals, and accommodations so that our clients never have to worry about extra operational stress on their special day.
3. Days of Hard Work & On-Site Assistance
Magical setups take time. We often start working at the venue 2 to 3 days in advance—sometimes working through the night to ensure perfection. Even when an event coordinator is present, our team remains on-site throughout the event to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our work does not end when the party stops. We dismantle carefully, handle post-event hauling and fabric care, and leave the venue spotless out of respect for venue management and hotel partners.
