I never thought I’d have to make a post like this, but I know I owe everyone an explanation and, most importantly, a sincere apology.
To everyone who ordered from my shop and was affected by the delays, I’m truly sorry. I know some of you were frustrated, disappointed, and even thought I was scamming you. I completely understand why you felt that way, and if I were in your position, I would probably think the same.
The truth is, I made mistakes. During that time, I was staying in another city while my products and shop were in a different place. I also lost my phone, which made it difficult for me to communicate and respond to messages. Instead of finding a way to solve everything immediately, I let the situation go on for too long, and I deeply regret that.
I also want to be honest about something. At that time, someone else had access to my business page and was helping me reply to customers because I couldn’t manage everything myself. Looking back, I realized that some of the updates and conversations weren’t accurate, which only caused more confusion and made the situation worse. I’m not saying this to blame anyone or avoid responsibility. This is still my business, and everything that happened under my page is ultimately my responsibility.
The delayed orders have already been shipped, and I’m grateful to everyone who stayed patient despite everything that happened. To those who felt ignored, disappointed, or lost their trust in me, I’m genuinely sorry. You deserved better communication and better service.
I know that an apology alone won’t fix everything or immediately earn back your trust. I understand that. All I can do now is learn from my mistakes, improve how I manage my business, communicate better, and make sure this never happens again.
To everyone who continued to support me even during this difficult time, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to everyone I disappointed, I am truly sorry. I hope that, with time and through my actions, I can earn back the trust that I lost.
