We are looking for medical virtual assistants / patient intake coordinator
The training will be on Nov 23 1 a.m. for 1week/5days with $100 salary/benefit
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately
•Receives and processes all requests for services
•Completes referral form with medical and demographic imformation
•Distributes referrals for assignment, scheduling and billing
•Disseminates information and answers inquiries related to the availability of resources
•Assists in establishing the initial Plan of Care and arranges for supplies and equipment for the client
•Demonstrates teamwork and effective communication to accomplish Agency and client goals
•Performs job in compliance with Agency policies and procedures and professional and community standards
•Accepts responsibility in accordance with the role of Intake
•Provides services in accordance with state and federal laws, CHAP, and Joint Commission standards
•Accepts responsibility for personal and professional development and identified learning/developmental needs
•Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
•Performs other duties and activities as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Home Health experience is a plus, TL/QA level BPO experience is a plus
•Experience with Electronic Medical Records
•Knowledge of community resources, Medicare and state regulations, CHAP requirements, Joint Commission requirements, and reimbursement criteria for third party and private payers
•Able to communicate effectively
•Billingual communication is a plus
NOTE:
• Must have Apple Products/Reliable internet
connection
• Good communication skill to call out doctor offices, patients and home health agencies in California
•Working hours CALIFORNIA TIME
