1.) Before you place your order make sure that you are 100% sure about your transaction to avoid misunderstandings. For minors below 18 years old , please consult your parents before ordering from us to avoid conflicts.(PERIODT)

2.) Payment first policy. Buyer/s have to pay for the order to be processed.

3.) Order Confirmations will be sent to your provided emails.

4.) After paying please fill up payment form provided in the order confirmation email. Your payment will not be
acknowledged without the payment form.

5.) For payments there will be two DOP(Deadline of payment).

- Orders can be cancelled before the DOO(Deadline of Orders). Just send us a DM for us to approve your
cancellation. Failure to inform us before the DOO will result to paying a 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙚𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙝 𝙞𝙨 50% 𝙤𝙛
𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩.

7.) Refunds will only be issued if the products are out of stock or other unforeseen events.

8.) This is under 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗧𝗔 , according to our courier (EMS) it will take 7-8 business days before it will arrive in the Philippines. We might expect delays due to restrictions like natural disasters and the pandemic. In some cases the products might be held in customs.

9.) Our shop is based in Cagayan de Oro City (Mindanao). Therefore, we might experience delays so we are asking for your kind consideration.
