⚠️A WAKE-UP CALL⚠️

Many people say they believe in Jesus. Some go to church, read the Bible, pray, and call Him “Lord.” But Jesus gave us a serious warning:

📖 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only those who do what my Father in heaven wants them to do.” — Matthew 7:21 (MBB)

Jesus even said:

📖 “I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws!” — Matthew 7:23 (MBB)

This should make every one of us stop and examine our hearts.

❓ Do you truly know Jesus—or do you only know about Him?
❓ Is your faith producing repentance and a TRANSFORMED LIFE?
❓ Are you following Christ, or simply identifying yourself as a Christian?

Salvation is not about having a religious label. It is not about outward appearance or religious activity. True faith in Christ changes the heart and produces a life surrendered to Him.

📖 “Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith.” — 2 Corinthians 13:5

This is not a message meant to condemn anyone. It is a warning of love. While we still have time, turn to Jesus, repent, believe the Gospel, and surrender your life to Him.

🔥 The most important question is not, “Do you know Jesus?”

The question is: “DOES JESUS KNOW YOU?”

⚠️ A WAKE-UP CALL ⚠️

Marami ang tumatalikod sa katotohanan ng Diyos at pinipiling sundin ang mga kasinungalingan ng sanlibutan. Ipinapaalala sa atin ng Roma 1:23–25 na kapag patuloy nating tinatanggihan ang Diyos, ipinagpapalit natin ang Kanyang katotohanan sa kasinungalingan at sinasamba ang mga nilalang sa halip na ang Maylalang.

Ang Diyos lamang ang karapat-dapat sambahin. Siya ang walang hanggan, banal, at karapat-dapat sa lahat ng papuri at kaluwalhatian.

Ngayon ang panahon upang siyasatin ang ating puso. Sumusunod ba tayo sa katotohanan ng Diyos o sa panlilinlang ng mundo? Lumapit kay Jesus habang may pagkakataon pa. Magsisi sa kasalanan, sumampalataya sa Kanya, at tanggapin Siya bilang iyong Panginoon at Tagapagligtas.

📖 "Sapagkat kung ipahahayag mo sa pamamagitan ng iyong bibig na si Jesus ay Panginoon, at sasampalatayanan mo sa iyong puso na siya'y muling binuhay ng Diyos, maliligtas ka." — Roma 10:9 🕊️

Piliin ang Maylalang, hindi ang nilalang. Piliin ang katotohanan, hindi ang kasinungalingan. Piliin si Jesus. 🙏❤️

Malalaman ba ng isang tunay na mananampalataya nang may katiyakan na siya ay ligtas ayon sa Bibliya?

Oo. Itinuturo ng Bibliya na ang mga tunay na mananampalataya ay maaaring magkaroon ng katiyakan ng kanilang kaligtasan—hindi dahil nagtitiwala sila sa sarili nilang kabutihan, kundi dahil nagtitiwala sila kay Jesu-Cristo at sa Kanyang natapos na gawain sa krus.

«"Isinusulat ko ito sa inyo na sumasampalataya sa pangalan ng Anak ng Diyos upang malaman ninyo na kayo ay may buhay na walang hanggan." — 1 Juan 5:13»

Ang katiyakan ng kaligtasan ayon sa Bibliya ay nakasalig sa mga pangako ng Diyos:

• Sumasampalataya ka kay Jesu-Cristo bilang Panginoon at Tagapagligtas. (Juan 3:16; Roma 10:9–10)

• Ikaw ay ipinanganak na muli sa pamamagitan ng Banal na Espiritu. (Juan 3:3–8)

• Ang Banal na Espiritu mismo ang nagpapatotoo sa iyong espiritu na ikaw ay anak ng Diyos. (Roma 8:16)

• Ang iyong buhay ay patuloy na binabago habang lumalakad ka sa pagsunod kay Cristo. (2 Corinto 5:17; 1 Juan 2:3–6)

• Patuloy kang nagtitiwala kay Cristo at hindi sa sarili mong mabubuting gawa para sa iyong kaligtasan. (Efeso 2:8–9)

Ang katiyakan ng kaligtasan ay hindi nakabatay sa damdamin. Nagbabago ang damdamin, ngunit ang Salita ng Diyos ay hindi nagbabago. Ang ating pagtitiwala ay nakasalig sa katapatan ni Cristo at sa Kanyang mga pangako.

"Suriin ninyo ang inyong sarili kung kayo nga ay nasa pananampalataya." — 2 Corinto 13:5

Ikaw ba ay may katiyakan ng iyong kaligtasan? Kung oo, saan ito nakasalig—sa iyong damdamin, sa iyong mabubuting gawa, o sa mga pangako ng Diyos na nakasulat sa Kanyang Salita?

Can a TRUE BELIEVER know with certainty that he or she is saved according to the Bible?

YES. The Bible teaches that believers can have assurance of salvation—not because they trust in their own goodness, but because they trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.

«"I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life." — 1 John 5:13»

Biblical assurance is rooted in God's promises:

• You have believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior (John 3:16; Romans 10:9–10).

• You have been born again by the Holy Spirit (John 3:3–8).

• The Holy Spirit bears witness that you are God's child (Romans 8:16).

• Your life is being transformed as you walk in obedience to Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 John 2:3–6).

• You continue trusting in Christ, not in your own works (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Salvation is not based on feelings. Feelings change, but God's Word does not. Our confidence rests in Christ's faithfulness and His promises.

What gives you confidence that you are saved—your feelings, your good works, or God's promises in His Word?

Ang tunay na pagpapala ay hindi nakabatay sa pagiging malapit kay Jesus sa laman, kundi sa pagiging malapit sa Kanya sa pamamagitan ng pakikinig at pagsunod sa Kanyang Salita. 🕊️

Sinabi ni Jesus:

«"Higit na mapalad ang mga nakikinig sa salita ng Diyos at sumusunod dito."
— Lucas 11:28 (MBBTAG)»

Hindi sapat ang relihiyon, tradisyon, o panlabas na kaugnayan. Ang tunay na pagpapala ay para sa mga may pusong handang makinig, sumampalataya, at mamuhay ayon sa kalooban ng Diyos.

Makinig. Sumunod. Mamuhay ayon sa Kanyang Salita. Doon matatagpuan ang tunay na pagpapala. ❤️📖

Jesus Warned About It

Jesus said:

📖 "For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect." (Matthew 24:24)

He warned that deception would be a continuing problem until His return.

It Already Existed in the Apostolic Age

The Apostle Paul warned the elders of the church:

📖 "After my departure fierce wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock; and from among your own selves will arise men speaking twisted things, to draw away the disciples after them." (Acts 20:29–30)

Paul also confronted false gospels in Galatians:

📖 "If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed." (Galatians 1:8–9)

The Apostles Fought Heresies

The apostles wrote against false teachers who were already influencing churches:

➡Paul opposed legalism and false gospels.

➡Peter warned about false teachers (2 Peter 2).

➡John warned about antichrists and deceivers (1 John 2:18–26; 2 John 7).

➡Jude urged believers to contend for the faith against infiltrators (Jude 3–4).

Why Did It Start?

The Bible teaches that deception entered the world through Satan in the Garden of Eden when he deceived Eve (Genesis 3:1–6). Since then, deception has been one of Satan's primary strategies.

Summary

Church deception did not begin centuries later—it began in the first century while the apostles were still alive. Jesus and the apostles repeatedly warned that false teachers, false gospels, and counterfeit Christianity would arise from both outside and inside the church. The biblical solution is to test every teaching against God's Word and remain centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ (Acts 17:11; 2 Timothy 3:16–17).

🙏 The existence of deception does not mean Christ failed. Jesus promised that His church would endure despite false teachers and opposition (Matthew 16:18).
