✨ I left the corporate world not knowing that the happiest version of me would be found in something I had loved since I was a child. 💜

Growing up, I loved making things with my hands. ✂️🎨 I would craft simply because it made me happy. Back then, it was just a childhood hobby—nothing more.

Then life happened.

I grew up, entered the corporate world, built a career, and somewhere along the way, that creative little girl took a back seat.

When I eventually left corporate life, I honestly didn’t know what would come next.

So I went back to something familiar.

I started creating again. ✨

At first, it was simply something I enjoyed doing. Then people started appreciating what I made. Little by little, a childhood hobby became a passion… that passion became a business… and that business became a life I never imagined I could build for myself. 🥹💜

Today, I get to earn from something that once brought me joy as a little girl.

And perhaps that’s the most beautiful part of this journey—I didn’t just build a business. I found my way back to a part of myself I thought I had left behind. ✨

Now my days are filled with paper, ink, glue, machines, ideas, deadlines, experiments, mistakes, and plenty of crafty chaos. 😂✂️

And I can genuinely say…

I am at my happiest. 💜

So if there’s something you love doing—even if it feels like “just a hobby”—don’t dismiss it too quickly.

Follow that little spark. ✨
Make time for it.
See where it takes you.

Mine started as a childhood hobby and somehow grew into the business and life I love today.

Alam mo yung minsan ikaw na mismo ang nagdududa sa sarili mo… pero may ibang tao palang nakatingin sa’yo thinking, “Grabe, paano niya nagagawa lahat ’yan?” 🥹💜

And somehow, I needed that reminder today.

Because minsan, sa sobrang focus ko sa next order, next project, next skill I want to learn, at sa dami pa ng gusto kong gawin… nakakalimutan kong tingnan kung gaano na pala kalayo ang narating ko.

Some of the things I make so casually now were once things I had absolutely NO idea how to make. 😂 I researched. I watched tutorials. I tried. I failed. I tried again.

And somewhere between “Paano ba ’to?” and “Okay, ano naman ang next project?”… I grew. ✂️✨

That’s why I keep showing up.

Not because I have everything figured out, but because I really, really love what I do. I love crafting. I love turning the ideas in my head into something I can actually hold in my hands. 💜

So kung nagdududa ka rin sa sarili mo today, look back for a little bit.

Baka sa sobrang tingin mo sa layo pa ng gusto mong marating, hindi mo napapansin that some of the things you once dreamed about are already part of your everyday life. 🥹

Keep showing up for yourself.

Because while you’re wondering if you’re doing enough, someone out there is wondering how you manage to do it all. ✨

PROOF OF LIFE: Your Crafty Godmother is still breathing… somewhere underneath 200 CUSTOM PILLOWS. 😂💜

Yes. TWO. HUNDRED. PILLOWS.
And somehow, I have never been this tired AND this happy at the same time. 😂

I used to imagine what it would feel like to have a craftroom overflowing with orders.

Now I don’t have to imagine it. I’m living it. 🥹✨

And here’s what makes this project even more special: this is my very first time creating custom pillows.

Syempre, hindi tayo nag-start sa isa, lima, or sampu. 😂 My first-ever pillow project is 200 custom pillows for a hotel!

So you can only imagine the amount of research that happened behind the scenes. Tooooons of videos, testing, trial and error, learning, adjusting—anything and everything I needed to do to make sure I could bring all 200 pieces to life beautifully.

And now, here they are. All 200 of them. 💜

Every single pillow passes through these two hands—carefully handled, checked, and crafted with so much intention and heart.

Nakakapagod? YES.
Masakit ang likod? VERY YES. 😂
But am I happy? VERY, VERY YES.

Because this is exactly the kind of busy I once dreamed about.

What used to live only in my imagination is now filling my craftroom. 🥹💜

One project at a time, one new craft at a time… I’m slowly building the little crafting dream I once only pictured in my head. ✨

My feet may be swollen, my back may be protesting, and my body may be begging for a break—but the orders still need to be made, packed, and sent out. 😂🦶🏻

Ever wondered how this craftroom manages to finish hundreds of orders with only two hands and two very swollen feet? 😂

Simple lang: I really, really love what I do. 💜

Ganun talaga, ‘no? Mapapagod ka. Sasakit ang likod mo. Mamamaga ang paa mo. Minsan, mapapaisip ka rin kung tao ka pa ba or officially part ka na ng production line. 😂

Pero the moment I see the final output?

Ay, buhay na naman si Crafty Godmother! ✨ Parang hindi buong araw nag-cut, print, assemble, pack, at kung anu-ano pa. Biglang bumabalik ang energy because… LOOK AT WHAT I MADE! 🥹💜

And I think that’s the beauty of doing something you genuinely love.

Napapagod ka, pero hindi ka nagsasawa.
You rest, recharge, and somehow get excited to create all over again. ✂️✨

So yes, swollen feet and all, I’ll keep crafting with love—because apparently, my feet may be on strike, but my creativity is still working overtime! 😂💜

One swollen paa, hundreds of orders, and one very happy Crafty Godmother later… here I am, still creating magic one handmade piece at a time! ✨

P.S. In case you’re wondering how I ended up with a swollen foot, I don’t know either. Tita problems, I guess? 😂😂

RAIN: 1.
CRAFTY GODMOTHER: STILL PRINTING. 😂☔️🖨️

It’s been raining cats and dogs today, and you know what that means… HUMIDITY. 😩

My printouts started curling like they had a life of their own. But stopping production? Nope. Crafty Godmother has orders to make. 💜

So out came my little humidity heroes — silica gel packets. Lots of them. 😂

I place the silica gel packets right on top of my freshly printed sheets to help absorb excess moisture while they rest. Those tiny packets may look harmless, but in this crazy Philippine humidity? They earn their keep! 🤣✨

And am I happy with the outcome? ABSOLUTELY. 🙌🏻

Because apparently even the weather has to learn one thing about this craftroom:

Aut inveniam viam aut faciam.

I shall either find a way or make one. 💜

Rain can pour. Paper can curl. Humidity can test my patience.

But Crafty Godmother? She’ll find a way. And if there isn’t one… she’ll make one. ✨
