“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us."

Romans 8:18 gives us a grounded perspective about hardship; acknowledging that while present challenges can feel overwhelming, those are not the defining measure of one’s life. In every season of difficulty, there is always a deeper work taking place as done by th Lord—the refinement of each of our character, the strengthening of one's endurance, and shaping a more resilient outlook. The weight of today’s struggles often demands attention and could drain us, yet it remains temporary if placed in comparison to our divine purpose.

The growth, lessons, and fulfillment that will emerge from our present sufferings will definitely exceed the pain once experienced. With this assurance, we can move forward not with the denial of hardship, but with the peace that every step, even the difficult ones, is under God's sovereignty.

We often wait for the “perfect moment” or the “perfect version” of ourselves before we act. But growth doesn’t happen in perfection; it happens in persistence. It’s built in the quiet discipline of showing up, trying again, and choosing to move forward despite flaws and fatigue.

Progress does not demand perfection—it simply asks for your presence.

So keep going. Even when it’s messy. Even when it’s slow. Because every step, no matter how small, is still movement in the right direction.

MONDAY MOTIVATION!

đź“– 1 Chronicles 28:20 (ESV)

“Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.”

We don’t have to have it all together to begin; we just have to be willing to take the first step. Like Solomon, we may feel unready stepping into something bigger than us, but God’s presence is our ultimate assurance.

He doesn’t call us to something and then leave us on your own. He stays, He strengthens, and He sees us through.

Let us be strong, be courageous. Let us take a leap of faith and trust that God will finish what He started in us.
