โข by purchasing your premium account you agree to follow its general rules and its terms and conditions. failure to follow will lead to voidance of your account.
NO RUSHING โผ๏ธ (Mins-hours up to 24 hours process depende sa inavail na premium)
โข strictly no refund, exchange, return, once the account was processed. unless subject to change as stated by the supplier to change the premium account purchased under an agreement with both the buyer and the seller. (e.g patched method, compensation)
โข for any premiums that are direct to maker, instructions about refund/exchange will be discussed if instructed to.
โข you are expected to comply with the guidelines and rules given, subject to void warranty if failed to do so.
โข strictly NO RUSH for the replacement/fix update of the account, you are not the only customer of the shop and hence comply with the time reporting and other guidelines for reports.
โข for on hold (no premium) accounts: refund isnโt always the option, your current remaining days on your premium account will be converted to another premium account (for patched method only) (e.g patched viu method, days remaining and the refund computation, kung ano yung makuha na total amount ayun yung ipapalit for example spotify)
โข the shopโs handler has the right to not sell you any premium account nor entertain you if you are detected as a rude buyer. we are humans also.
โข follow all the rules, step-by-step procedure, tips on your premium account (magbasa po rules) to prevent your account to be voided.
โข do not expect stability in the black market, you purchased your premium account in a low price or in a lower price than in the main site. you are expected to lower your standards also.
โข frequent wipeouts (no premium) are not handled by the suppliers, it is done by the site itself to update their security measures thatโs why we also get frequent wipeouts.
โข if your account was voided, the shop wonโt give you refunds or exchange.
โข account subscription are as follows ; 25-31 days is considered 1 month
