I’m sorry, but I still can’t get over much more fathom how our son Kelvin Reese managed to survive and even conquer those unruly and raging waves especially the unforgiving and extremely strong current sa water on yesterday’s race. To think yesterday was just his first time being an individual participant and he was even the youngest participant. So many Professional triathletes both foriegn and locals got DNF, got disqualified, got rescued, or just simply chose to refuse to continue the race due to the dreadful condition sa water yesterday. How many time jud gahapon I thought makuyapan nako sa kakulba waiting for him immerse and finish each leg of the race. Like literally, my hands were shaking jud the entire race Nila and hantud nalang hours after the race yet smile2x lang ko. Our Son told us that he got accidentally kicked, hit, and even punched by other triathletes while going through the swim leg. And then nag cramps pajud cya while running. 👦🏻😰😣😖🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️♥️🙏

His first triathlon race was TWM where his Dad did the swimming course while he did the biking and the running as a father and son relay. Yesterday cya nalang jud as an individual participant against adult and seasoned triathletes cause his Dad’s relay partner yesterday was his Tato Jethro naman. 👦🏻👨🏻‍🦲🏊🚴🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️♥️🙏
