The exclusive distributor of TOCOMA or Total Colon Management in the Philippines, MDP Ventures Phil Inc, does not acknowledge or authorized the sale of TOCOMA on shopping sites like : Lazada, Shopee, or similar online marketplace websites, furthermore MDP Ventures Phil Inc does not acknowledge the sale of Tocoma on any store, stalls, or drugstores. Those persons selling on the said websites and on stores, stalls, or drug stores are not authorized and their sources are not verifiable from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
We only allowed our marketing partners to sell TOCOMA on their Facebook Business pages, each TOCOMA order are delivered direct to the clients through Cash On Delivery or clients may DropBy to our nearest MDP Branches nationwide.
Each authorized marketing partners has an account registration on MDP Ventures Phil Inc, with ID number and registered name, you may ask any page seller, Online Blogger to show their online ID number and owners name and verify it on us by sending an email to “[email protected]”, you may also report unauthorized sellers by sending us pictures and video’s of any unauthorized stall or stores, or any information that may help.
Under the laws, selling or offering for sale adulterated or misbranded or unauthorized copies of registered health products is a punishable offense by imprisonment from 1 year to 10 years, or a fine of P50,000 to P500,000 or both under R.A. 3720 as amended by R.A. 9711.
Unauthorized use of registered trademarks or copies of registered trademarks is also punishable offense by imprisonment from 2-5 years and fine of P50,000 to P200,000 under R.A. 8293.
