Class Type: Theory, Demo, and Hands-on
Class Fee: 3,500 PhP
Class Venue: Chefs & Bakers BACOLOD, 13th St., Bacolod City
Learning outcomes:
•⁠ ⁠brief history of coffee, coffee processes, roast levels, and grind levels
•⁠ ⁠operate and maintain an espresso machine
•⁠ ⁠make a proper espresso
•⁠ make different coffee concoctions (basic espresso beverages)
•⁠ discussion on how to start a coffee shop business

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum number of students for this class to proceed: 6 students
2.⁠ ⁠Admission is on a first-pay, first-served basis.
3.⁠ ⁠Prospective students are required to pay in full the amount of 3,500 PhP to confirm their slots.
