Do you thrive on independence and self-teaching? 🤔
We're seeking a resourceful individual to join our team! 🤝 We're a Jacksonville-based pool construction and service company with over 40 years of experience. 🏊‍♀️ ☀️

Responsibilities:
*Handle client communications (calls, emails, texts) 🗣️💬
*Document customer information 📝
*Forward inquiries ➡️
*Perform data entry and administrative tasks ⌨️

Requirements:
*Personal laptop/PC 💻
*Noise-cancelling headset 🎧
*Stable internet connection 🌐
*Ability to learn independently using provided training materials and SOPs 📚

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday 🗓️
Base Rate Offer: Starts at $5/hour (depending on experience), with increase every 6 months 💰
