Sinulog 2024 Grand Parade Traffic Plan
TRAFFIC ADVISORY for the SINULOG sa SUGBO PHILIPPINES 2024 GRAND PARADE
on JANUARY 21, 2024 at the City Di Mare grounds, South Road Properties (SRP).
As prepared by the Cebu City Transportation Office/Road Management Authority (RMA), duly endorsed by the Cebu City Traffic Management Coordination Committee (TMC Board) and approved by the Cebu City Council.
The following are the partial road closures and revised traffic flows for the Sinulog Grand Parade, starting 12:00 midnight of Sunday, January 21, 2024 until midnight of the following day, Monday, January 22, 2024:
1. F. VESTIL STREET will be UTILIZED as a ONE WAY TRAFFIC SOUTHBOUND to Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR);
2. a portion of the CEBU SOUTH COASTAL ROAD (CSCR) from the Church Avenue junction until the El Pardo Road intersection will be CLOSED, particularly ALL of the SOUTHBOUND LANES (Parade Route);
3. a portion of L. GABUYA STREET from the F. Vestil Street intersection until the Col. Cabreros Street junction will be UTILIZED as a ONE WAY TRAFFIC NORTHBOUND;
4. a portion of C. PADILLA STREET from the F. Vestil Street intersection until the R. Padilla Street junction will be UTILIZED as a ONE WAY TRAFFIC NORTHBOUND;
The SRP will be accessible on the following streets/roads:
1. from N. BACALSO AVENUE to TALISAY CITY via F. VESTIL STREET:
a. Take a RIGHT TURN to the SRP BACK ROAD and proceed to the U-Turn slot below the Cebu City-Talisay City Viaduct Bridge.
b. Take the Back Road into the Parking Area B and Exit to Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR).
c. Take a U-Turn at the El Pardo junction to the Southbound Lane of Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR) to Talisay City.
2. from Plaza Independencia (MJ CUENCO AVENUE) to TALISAY CITY via Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR):
a. Take a RIGHT TURN to the SRP Viaduct Bridge.
and proceed to the U-Turn slot below the Cebu City-Talisay City Viaduct Bridge.
b. Proceed to Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR).
c. Upon entry of the F. Vestil Street junction, proceed to the Northbound Lane (CSCR), as it will be used as a TWO-WAY TRAFFIC.
d. Upon entry of the El Pardo junction (Il Corso), proceed to the Southbound Lane (CSCR) to Talisay City.
3. from N. BACALSO AVENUE to SINULOG GRAND PARADE via F. VESTIL STREET to PARKING AREA A (at Bagsakan Access Road):
a. Proceed to F. Vestil Street.
b. Right Turn to Bagsakan Access Road for Parking Area A.
c. Park your vehicles and Walk towards the Sinulog Parade Route.
4. from N. BACALSO AVENUE to SINULOG GRAND PARADE via F. VESTIL STREET to SM SEASIDE COMPLEX PARKING AREAS:
a. Proceed to F. Vestil Street.
b. Right Turn to Church Avenue.
c. Park your vehicles at:
SM Seaside Complex Parking Areas or
Outside Parking Areas and Walk towards the Sinulog Parade Route.
5. from TALISAY CITY to CEBU CITY (Plaza Independencia) via Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR):
a. Take Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR).
b. Proceed to SRP Viaduct Bridge to Cebu City (Plaza Independencia).
6. from TALISAY CITY to CEBU CITY (SM Seaside Complex) via Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR):
a. Take Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR).
b. Proceed to the U-Turn Slot below the SRP Viaduct Bridge.
c. Proceed to the Southbound lanes of CSCR.
d. Right Turn to Seaside Avenue.
c. Park your vehicles at:
SM Seaside Complex Parking Areas or
Outside Parking Areas and Walk towards the Sinulog Parade Route.
To ensure ACCESSIBILITY, MPUJs and PUBs will be deployed and will have the following routes:

SRP SINULOG ROUTE 1
Lapulapu - Cordova - SM Seaside via CCLEX
MPUJ STOP located at SM Seaside Terminal (inside the complex).
SRP SINULOG ROUTE 2
Parkmall - SM Seaside via Viaduct
MPUJ STOP located at SM Seaside Terminal (inside the complex).
SRP SINULOG ROUTE 3
Talamban - IT Park - SRP Bagsakan & SMSeaside via Vestil
MPUJ STOPS located at SRP Bagsakan Access Road & SM Seaside Terminal (inside the complex).
SRP SINULOG ROUTE 4
Bulacao - SRP Bagsakan & SM Seaside via Vestil
MPUJ STOPS located at SRP Bagsakan Access Road & SM Seaside Terminal (inside the complex).
SRP SINULOG ROUTE 5
Carcar - SRP Terminal via Coastal Road Talisay
PUV STOP located at SRP Sinulog Parking Area B
Schedule of fares will be released by LTFRB within the week.
With the deployment of PUVs in various routes, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ALL SPECTATORS TO AVAIL OF THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES to avoid queuing and lining for parking.
