Our first ever return/refund experience🥺

--I know this is not something to be proud of but I want to share this story to everyone.--

As an online seller, super nakakakaba ang ganitong scenario. Siguro dahil first time naming maranasan kaya hindi pa kami ganun ka 'immune' sa ganito. The thought na may isang tao na hindi nagustuhan yung item na inooffer mo, 'yun ang nakakalungkot at nakaka-bother. Nakaka bother in a way na mapapatanong ka na lang ng "kami ba ang mali?" "pangit ba 'yung item/s natin?" "okay naman 'to ah, bakit ganito" and so on. Pero alam niyo ang natutunan namin, hindi lahat ng buyer na nagrerequest ng return/refund ay disappointed sa products ninyo. Walang mali sa inyo, sa items 'nyo, sa approach or sa inyo in general. Minsan ang mali ay nasa sa kanila.....

Share ko lang na gusto nya ng refund pero ayaw i-return ang item hehe wala lang. Hindi laging christmas ang business. There are days na makakaencounter tayo ng ganito and we should not let this thing affects us. Grind lang and lumaban ng patas. Happy Sunday everyone!✨

PS. We filed a dispute to counter the return/refund request and we just won!🥳
