I got tired of switching between Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee dashboards just to check on my own business — so I built G-NEXUS, a custom ops dashboard that brings everything into one place.

This video is a walkthrough of what I built, why I built it, and how it actually works in production.

── WHAT G-NEXUS DOES ──
• Pulls and merges orders from Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee into one view
• Syncs inventory across all platforms automatically
• Has a built-in AI chat agent (powered by Claude) that answers questions about the business in plain language
• Secured with its own JWT authentication system
• Runs live in production on Vercel — this isn't a demo, it's the real thing

── WHY I BUILT IT ──
Off-the-shelf multi-channel tools were either too expensive or didn't fit how we actually run operations day to day. So instead of forcing the business to adapt to a tool, I built a tool that fits the business.

── TOOLS & TECH ──
• Node.js + Express (backend/API)
• Supabase (PostgreSQL database)
• Claude AI (the chat agent)

• Vercel (deployment)

If your data is poor… you will lose money.

Simple as that.

Ang daming businesses ngayon gustong maging “AI-first”
pero hindi man lang maayos ang data nila.

Result?

❌ Wrong decisions
❌ Mali inventory
❌ Sales dropping pero di alam bakit
