Her uniform is a literal carbon copy of Figarland Shamrock and the elite Holy Knights of Mariejois. The matching white military coat, the gold epaulets, the high-society cravat, and the sword placement? Oda does not reuse designs this specific on a whim. The "official" translation can say whatever it wants to throw us off, but a visual parallel this aggressive basically confirms she has a dark history tied straight to the Knights of God.
