1. Flooded hub-motor damage hall-sensor transistor and shorted controller
2. Broken throttle assembly

Fix:
1. Rust cleaning, replaced hall-sensor transistor and air drying the hub-motor. Replaced new controller and rewiring
2. Replaced throttle and pin socket convertion
