Hello everyone! I've been MIA here for the past few days coz I am still sick.
I have a lot of pending photos to post.
Luckily, naa gihapon magmessage for rental for pick-up/delivery.

This year, I've been sick twice. Kanang maglubog jud kog pila ka adlaw. Last year, it was more than 5 times. This made me think deeply, what could've been the problem? The weather? Lifestyle? Food? Covid vax? Childbirth?

To think, I am not a fan of eating oily foods, seldom I eat pork, no smoking, occasionally drinking, no raw food, my sleep pattern is the same, I sleep 6-8 hrs a day, drinking supplements, drink more water, I exercise 2-4x a week, have my deep tissue massage every after 2 months, no stress.

2 years ago, I made a promise to remove myself out of any situation or person that causes me stress coz it triggers a lot of illness.

I was also wondering, this could be the effect of my exhaustion during my younger years? 🤔
During my teenage years, grabeng haguay jud sakong lawas. To the point na naa koy mafeel na tingling sensation sakong likod sa kahago.

A lot of thoughts are on my mind.
I'm always praying to God to give me a healthy mind and body to function well in my daily activities. Also, my son needs a healthy mama.

That's why I am contemplating on which part should I change in my lifestyle? What needs to relearn?

What's happening to me recently made me pause and reflect. Tomorrow is not promised. Only the Lord knows.
