DISADECO is strengthened by its commitment to respond with compassion and connect with every person in the cooperative. It has eight branches and three satellite offices across Region II that are open to serve every person in the community, member or not. With its increasing general membership totaling to more than 18,000, DISADECO envisions to be a leading cooperative in the country.

The Diffun Saranay and Development Cooperative (DISADECO) proudly marks another significant milestone after being officially recognized as an adopter of the production and sale of Iron Fortified Rice (IFR), a technology developed and owned by the Department of Science and Technology – Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI).

The recognition was formally awarded to DISADECO on July 22, 2026, signifying the cooperative's commitment to supporting initiatives that promote food security, improved nutrition, and better public health through innovative food technologies.

By embracing science-based technologies from DOST-FNRI, the cooperative continues to create meaningful impact while expanding its services for the benefit of its members and the communities it serves.

DISADECO extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Department of Science and Technology – Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), through DOST–Quirino Province, for this recognition, partnership, and their invaluable assistance and unwavering support throughout this initiative. The cooperative looks forward to advancing the production of Iron Fortified Rice and making nutritious, high-quality rice more accessible to Filipino households.

Yesterday, July 21, 2026, the Diffun Saranay and Development Cooperative (DISADECO), in partnership with DOLE- RCMB II successfully conducted the Human Relations: Enhancing Customer Service, Work Values, and Ethics Seminar at the DISADECO Events Center, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

The seminar was attended by selected DISADECO employees, who actively participated in meaningful discussions aimed at strengthening human relations, enhancing customer service excellence, and promoting positive work values and ethical conduct in the workplace.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Olisen L. Dizon, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer, and Mr. Mark Kelvin O. Evangelista, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of DOLE-RCMB II, for serving as our resource speakers. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, expertise, and inspiring insights that will help our employees continue to provide quality service with professionalism and integrity.
