Creating commissioned instruments isn’t as easy as people might think. Every client is different; they have their own tastes, favorite styles, and even different musical vibes that shape what they want. Balancing all those different preferences, understanding exactly what they imagine, and still keeping my own heart in the work takes so much effort, patience, and careful thought. It’s a wonderful challenge, but it’s definitely not simple to please everyone while staying true to what I do.
