Beware of Fraudulent Medical Certificates

Diagnostic Care and Laboratory Services (Diagcare) advises all employers, Human Resource Departments, government agencies, educational institutions, and the general public to exercise caution when accepting medical certificates claimed to have been issued by our clinic.

We have recently identified a fraudulent medical certificate bearing the name, logo, letterhead, and physician credentials of Diagcare. Upon verification, it was confirmed that the document was never issued by Diagnostic Care and Laboratory Services (Diagcare). The physician's signature appearing on the certificate is not genuine, and the medical findings contained therein were neither prepared, examined, approved, signed, nor released by our clinic.

The unauthorized use of our clinic's name, logo, official letterhead, physician's Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license number, and signature is a serious matter and may constitute violations of Philippine law.

Medical Certificate Verification System

As part of our commitment to safeguarding employers, institutions, and patients against fraudulent medical documents, Diagnostic Care and Laboratory Services (Diagcare) has implemented an online Medical Certificate Verification System.

This initiative enables employers and other concerned parties to instantly verify whether a medical certificate was legitimately issued by Diagcare, promoting transparency, authenticity, and confidence in the documents we release.
