All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice,

1. We have a No Return, No Exchange Po

licy, so please read each item carefully before placing an order. Do not hesitate to leave a comment or PM to know more details about the item aside from what is posted. MINE MEANS SOLD. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS or else you'll be listed as bogus buyer. SO please, make sure You want the item.

3. Upon receipt of your Order Form, a confirmation message and payment instruction will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

4. Please deposit payment within 3 banking days, otherwise your order will be cancelled and items will be relisted. Payment is accepted thru bank deposit at BPI,BDO,LBC,CEBUANNA.

5. Please text me immedietly the following once payment has been made:

Exact Amount | Branch where it was sent | Your Order Details | Shipping Name and Address | Picture of Deposit Slip/(no deposit slip no shipping)

6. Once orders are confirmed and payment has been made, no cancellation is allowed.

7. Items will be shipped via JRS (default courier) or the preferred courier of the buyer. Shipping fee is to be shouldered by the buyer.SeaWives Shop will check the item for any damages prior to shipment, therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damages caused during shipment by the courier. Shipping schedule is every Monday and Saturday only. Payment cut-off is 12noon for bank deposit. All other mode of payment, orders are shipped on the next shipping schedule.

8. Prices are FIXED, NO HAGGLING PLEASE. And NO JOY RESERVERS and BOGUS BUYERS ALLOWED!!!
