We sell mall pull outs and OEM ( Original Equipment Manufactured ) shoes, it means, the materials used are original but manufactured by another company. 2. Some items posted are photographed in close range. Color of the product may appear different due to lighting during photography. Sizes are normally indicated in the product. We can measure the product as per your request.
3. Reservation of product/s. We allow 3-5 days reservation of available product/s. We will send you a text reminder to settle the amount before the agreed reservation days are over. No return, no exchange on intimate and sealed products. We have the right to assess and refuse returned items that are defective, damaged and used. If you received a defective item, please contact us with details of the defect. We do not allow rush order of products.
4. We accept cash payment, BDO bank transfer / deposit, M.Lhuiller, Cebuana Pawnshop, Western Union and Palawan. Please send us your proof of payment so we will process your order as soon as we can.
5. Shipping. We ship Monday to Sunday via J&T and LBC. Pay now, ship tomorrow policy. We will send you the tracking number of the shipment via text message or Messenger. All parcels are shipped in good condition. Please note that J&T and LBC is a third party service provider. We will not be held liable for any losses, damages and even delays in shipment. Please track your parcel from time to time to avoid RTS (Return to Sender).
