🎣 TOURNAMENT RULES
•Casting Tournament Only – Casting fishing only; no bait-and-wait fishing allowed.
•Lure & Soft Baits Only – Participants may use artificial lures and soft baits only. Live bait and natural bait are strictly prohibited.
•Any Fishing Setup Allowed – Participants may use any type of fishing rod, reel, line, and setup they prefer. (Can bring Extra setup)
•Boat Allowed – Participants are allowed to use a boat/kayak while fishing, provided that all safety rules and designated fishing boundaries are followed.
•Minimum Fish Size – Only fish measuring 5 inches and above will be counted. Fish below 5 inches will not be accepted.
•Fishing Boundaries – Participants must stay within the designated tournament fishing area.
•Fair Play – No snagging, netting, hand-catching, or other methods aside from legal casting/lure fishing.
•Catch Recording – All qualified catches must be presented/recorded before the 3:00 PM closing time.
•Return to Area – All participants must return to the designated tournament area by 3:00 PM.
•Safety First – Participants using boats are responsible for their own safety and must use appropriate safety equipment.
• Winners will be determined based on the heaviest total catch. (Separate the Big Fish award and Champion)
•Safety Reminders: Wear proper footwear, stay within the fishing area, be mindful of tides and weather, and keep the venue clean.
