PUBLIC CLARIFICATION

We would like to make a clear and respectful clarification regarding the recent statements concerning our business.

First and foremost, we would like to ask: What reasonable basis would we have to claim or imply that JDS is affiliated with another shop when we are independently building our own brand, identity, and trademark?

For the past seven months, we have been working hard to establish JDS as our own business and to grow it through our own efforts, products, services, and the trust of our clients. We have every reason to build and strengthen our own name—not to represent ourselves as someone else’s business.

It would also be unreasonable for us to intentionally refer our own clients elsewhere to purchase pet supplies while we are ourselves developing and expanding our own products and services. Why would we build our own customer base only to deliberately direct those customers to another business?

More importantly, regarding the specific date and time being referred to, we did not encounter, meet, communicate with, or have any personal interaction with the concerned individual at JDS. We will not repost or publicly share CCTV footage belonging to another establishment, as we believe that private footage should be handled responsibly and respectfully.

We therefore respectfully encourage the concerned person to visit us personally so that we can discuss and clarify the matter directly. If there has been a misunderstanding, we are willing to address it professionally. However, we also believe that statements concerning our business should be based on facts and direct verification—not assumptions or speculation.

We are proud of what we have been building with JDS, and we will continue to establish our own name, brand, and reputation through our own hard work.

We respect other businesses, but we also expect the same respect for the business and brand we are working hard to build.
