Water molecules are so small that they pass through the filter but waterborne organism and sediments are large enough to be trapped on the network of mezo pores within the filter. Only clean filtered water with it's oxygen and mineral content unchanged, drips into the water holding tank ( a clay jar), giving the water its fresh and wholesome taste. HRCCWF is impregnated with silver nitrate to kill the bacteria present in the drinking water, moreover the filter contains oxide of iron which also acts as antibacterial agent. HRCCWF is low cost and economical. It can be cleaned by simply brushing the surface to remove the clogged particles, rinse and reinstall.
