Brand new, Pre-loved, or COMMISSIONED clothing for Little Girls. READ:

1. The clothes are either brand new or preloved as indicated.

2. For COMMISSIONS, select the design of your choice and send us a PM (see Info page where to send the PM). We do not indicate what colors are available as this depends on the fabric availability,so do indicate your color choice with the PM, unless you want the EXACT item as displayed here. We will then send you the proper measurements to take. Send us the measurements and give us 10-15 working days to finish the commission.

3. ERRORS in measurement shall not be our responsibility. If you are unsure of the measurements, please consult with us first beforehand. We will not honor refunds based on errors in measurement.

4. ALTERATIONS will be made once for free. If other alterations to the commissioned dress will follow, expenses will be shouldered by the client. However, if it is a MAJOR ALTERATION (which would mean that we still have to buy additional cloth to cater to the same), the client will bear the expenses even if it will be made only once.

5. Our prices do NOT include alternation fees. Should an alteration be necessary, additional fees have to be paid. See exception in No. 4.

6. Please refer to our Information on how to pay. For COMMISSIONS, we require 50% downpayment upon ordering. the balance will be paid once we inform you the dress is ready for shipping.

7. VERY IMPORTANT: The prices for commissioned clothing are only for kids up to 2 years. Prices will vary from 3 years onwards.

8.. When an item is ON-HAND, even if it is a commissioned work, we will indicate the measurements and once bought, no returns will be honored. Be sure to check the measurements to avoid erroneous purchases.

COMMISSIONED CLOTHES are HIGHLY UNIQUE. You get EXACTLY as the item you have ordered here and you can customize the colors or have us customize the same for you. Let your little ones stand out in uber gorgeous ensembles at prices that won't make you rob the bank ^_^.

DO THE ITEMS LOOK AS THE PICS? YES! The reason why there are Korean and Japanese items that at times DO NOT look like the pics is because these styles are mass-produced. Hence, you have to choose the RIGHT supplier to get better quality items. ALL ITEMS here are AS DESCRIBED unless otherwise specified.

RULES:

5. Strictly NO RETURN, EXCHANGE. We will not be responsible for damage due to shipment. This is one of the standard risks of online shopping.
