Above the sea of clouds in Atok, Benguet, lies Sitio Belis, a community whose produce has become a cornerstone of Philippine coffee.

Through the dedication of local farming families and the long-term work of and team in supporting the community. Sitio Belis continues to produce coffees that reflect both exceptional quality and the people behind every harvest.

Our latest release features Lot 1005, a fully washed blend of Typica and Red Bourbon, with notes of Cranberry, Mandarin Orange, Brown Sugar, and Milk Chocolate.

Still honestly trying to process everything.

A few years ago, South City Coffee Roasters started with a small roaster, a lot of mistakes, and pure curiosity about coffee. We were just trying to learn one batch at a time and hopefully contribute something meaningful to the local coffee community.

I’m honored to be a champion of Rock N Roast 2026 and to be part of the team that will represent the Philippines in the upcoming World Roasting League.

This win doesn’t feel like mine alone. It belongs to everyone who supported South City from the beginning, the farmers who trusted us with their coffee, the cafés and small businesses that believed in our roasting, our customers who kept ordering and sharing our beans, and every friend who reminded me to keep pushing despite the failures and self-doubt.

There’s still so much to learn, and I know this is only the beginning. But I hope we can continue showing the world how far Philippine specialty coffee can go.

Thank you team south city .calmasanjuan, and everyone, every order, every cup shared, and every bit of support. It truly means more than you know.
