2. Fill up the Order Form and wait for our response, Order invoices with the payment details are sent through PM or e-mail. If you wish to add or change your order, please fill up a new Order Form and specify that we should disregard your previous order form on the Notes to Pink Empress section of the form. Failure to do so, we will assume that YOU WILL BUY ALL the items listed on your FIRST and SECOND ORDER FORM.
3. Reservation and payment period is 3days only after the receipt of your Order Invoice. All orders that are not paid during this period will be forfeited and the items will be available for the next buyer.
4. Payments can be made through GCASH, BPI Savings deposit, Western Union or Cebuana Pera Padala. If sending your payment through GCASH, please text us the Date & Time of Payment and the Reference number. If paying through Western Union or Cebuana Pera Padala, please text us the MTCN (Western Union) or Reference Number (Cebuana Lhuillier Pera Padala)
If paying through BPI Savings deposit, please send us a copy of the machine validated deposit slip as proof of payment or text/e-mail us the date, time and the branch so we can check it online. No proof of payment, No shipping of orders.
5. All packages will be shipped via LBC or Air21. Shipping fee may vary depending on the region you're in and the weight of the whole package.
6. We will only ship out packages that are FULLY PAID.
7. Tracking numbers are also sent through PM or e-mail, kindly check your inbox regularly. Once the order is shipped, Pink Empress will not be held responsible for any PRODUCT LOSS or DAMAGE but of course will help you track the shipment in any way possible.
8. Buyers are expected to inform us through TEXT or e-mail that you have received your package/s.
9. We do not refund payment. Buyers are held responsible for the items that he/she ordered, Pink Empress will not refund your payment if you received a package different from what you expected. Any product delivery error such as sending a wrong package for the wrong buyer or lacking items shall be corrected only if the buyer has informed us of the transaction error within 24 hours after product has been received.
