Hi mga mii! I would like to give an update regarding our BTS AB ver. 4 batch 1 and Installment Batch 1.
Diretso na po ako sa update mga mii kasi ang dami na pong nag ask ng update. 🥹 Unfortunately, madelay po ang release ng Army Bombs natin. Instead of the last week of July, the new estimated release is September.
I know maraming madidisappoint, magagalit at malulungkot, lalo na at 2 weeks na lang sana bago ang expected release. I sincerely apologize po for this unexpected delay.
Based on the official update we received from our Korean supplier, the release of the Army Bombs was unexpectedly moved to September due to an issue affecting their scheduled release. This situation is affecting all shops and buyers under the same supplier, not just Wendy's Kshop.
As I mentioned before sa GC, fully paid na po ang Army Bombs natin since March pa because PAYO po ito sa Korean supplier ko. This delay is not because of unpaid orders or lack of payment, since settled na po ang orders natin.
As of now, we are still waiting for their complete response regarding the delay. We are also creating a GC with all the buyers under our supplier so that everyone can receive the same updates as soon as they become available.
Hindi rin po ako agad nagpost ng update noong nakaraang araw because I wanted to wait for complete and confirmed information first since, I only received the full explanation after seeing the same concern from other shops po.
I completely understand if some of you are disappointed. If I had the choice, I also wanted everyone to receive their Army Bombs this July as originally planned. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control, but I promise to continue following up with our supplier and to keep everyone updated.
Again, I am truly sorry for the delay mga mii. 🥹😭🙏 supeeeeer nakakahiya po sa inyo. Alam kong sobrang tagal na ng hinihintay niyong Army Bomb po 🥹
As of the moment, wala pa rin po akong magagawa dahil fully paid na po ito sa official distributors, kaya hindi na rin po kami marerefund kasi if may option na magrefund sila then I will go for refund kasi nakakahiya na sa inyo. 🥹😭
Humihingi po ako ng pasensya at pangunawa. Hindi ko po kayo iiwan (PROMISE!) at patuloy ko kayong bibigyan ng updates mga mii. Maraming salamat po. 💜🙏
