Not to brag but to inspire.
5 years ago, I was a loyal graveyard employee na malipay sa OT and Incentives. Working under pressure, from flexible schedules to adapting new changes are not new to me. Walay tigum, walay naipundar, as in walang wala maskin Piso. Kanang sweldo na labay lang sa imung mga palad, kanang utong 2 or 3 days walay kaon before sweldo I've been there than that. kumbaga walay tigum jud as in.
But imagine how good is our Lord, He let me me encounter a good and wonderful people na you cannot imagine will drag you up, motivate you, and even treating you as part of the family. Very hands.on leader na kung sa uban pa after getting what they want byaan naka. Pero Sila? No. They are molding you to be better and best leader in LANAO. I may not be a good speaker but one day I will duplicate the attitude and mindset of being a leader to my team.
Being part of AWDC company was the best part of my 2023 but having my growing team here in LANAO lahi rajud this 2024. I cannot achieved this kind of goal to have my own motorcycle without you guys. Tanang rejections and failures are all my keys to achieved this. Resulta sa sud sa duha ka months way tulog.
Di Nako matagsa2 Ang tanan but esp mention to ate Ann, kuya Arnel, kuya joseph, coach Raul, coach Louch, Jaicca, and even to my best mom na abi ko walay support Nako but grave daghan kaau nausab. Lahi rajud if family nimo mismo Ang supportive sa imuha Maka bilib ka sa imung self.
Basta oy. Congrats to myself but more congrats to our team here in LANAO. this is not only for me but ofcourse this is all for you Kay tig hatud sa orders 😂😂
