With hearts full of gratitude, we wish to inform everyone that Arkom Hobby Lounge Las Pinas branch will have our last day of operations come August 31, 2026 . This came as a very tough decision as we continue to navigate the unstable business situation locally. We have been planning for months on restructuring resources on other ventures and this pit stop will allow us to refresh and recover as we try a different strategy in growing our brick and mortar venture.

As this chapter comes to a close, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the trust, support, and meaningful moments you have shared with us throughout the years. While our store operations will be concluding for now, we remain hopeful for future opportunities to serve and welcome you again. So stay tuned!

To assist you during this transition, we have prepared the following FAQs for your guidance:

► WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY BACKORDERS / PREORDERS?
This page will continue to be operational, sending and receiving messages for coordination of everything pending, we in fact will not take down the page. We will continue to fulfill your orders. Once the items arrive, we will coordinate with you regarding pick-up arrangements. Please be assured that your orders will still be fulfilled, subject to allocation. All preorders/backorders received after August 31 will be forwarded to our Greenhills branch. All Bankee deliveries will also be now redirected to our Greenhills branch. Announcements of preorder/backorder arrivals will continue to be posted until all pending orders with allocation have been served. ► WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY STORE CREDITS?
You may continue to claim your store credits as usual until the end of August. Any unclaimed store credits may still be claimed from our Greenhills branch after our Las Pinas store operations end.

► WHERE CAN WE BUY PAINTS?
You may continue to purchase our paints through our website and official online stores, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other available platforms. You may also visit our other branch at Promenade Mall Greenhills.

► WHERE CAN WE PREORDER / BACKORDER IN THE FUTURE?
You can message our Greenhills branch for all preorders and backorders. If a message goes through this page for any preorder and backorder requests, it will be forwarded to our Greenhills branch for processing.

What are back orders?
- Back orders are items that we do not have in stock, but can be ordered in advance for our next restock. These include items that were part of previous pre-orders (Except limited time items like Christmas boxes, Battleforces, etc...).

How do I back order?
- Send us a message on our page regarding the specific item you want to order. We will check if is available for back order.

Are there any down payments?
- Yes. To confirm and secure the order, we will ask for a 50% down payment.

When will my back order arrive?
- Back-orders typically arrive between 4 to 8 weeks starting from the back order deadline.
