To Mr. and Mrs. Lacay,

I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and unexpected difficulties that occurred during your event. I truly understand how stressful and upsetting the situation must have been for both of you, and I am deeply sorry that I was not able to deliver the event the way you had envisioned and deserved.

This was the first time I experienced a situation where I was unable to fulfill an event according to my standards and, most importantly, according to what my clients expected. Honestly, it broke my heart, and I have been deeply affected by what happened. I know that no explanation can take away the stress and disappointment you experienced, but please know that I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart.

I sincerely ask for your forgiveness, Ma’am and Sir. Thank you for your understanding and patience. I deeply regret what happened and will take this experience as a lesson to do better and be more prepared in the future.

Once again, I am truly, truly sorry. 🙏🏻
