Izzyy's is an online shop. We sell pre-loved and brand new clothing, toys, workbooks & more. Our items are shipped from the U.S. to the Philippines.
If there are any products that you would like to see in our shop, feel free to send us a private message to let us know.
Below are our policies and things that you need to know before placing an order.
Placing an order
To place an order just simply send us a private message with the following info... (Please read description on item pictures as well as our policies before placing an order.)
- Full Name
- Shipping address
- Phone Number
- Screenshot of the item you want to order
- Quantity & size (if applicable) of item
- Payment method
Once we receive the order, we will send you a private message confirming your order & bank/ gcash details if needed.
Note: Please use only one Facebook account when contacting us.DO NOT use multiple Facebook accounts to avoid any confusion.
Payments
We accept payments via BDO bank deposit/ transfer, LBC or Gcash. Payments must be made within 72hrs of placing an order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for deliveries within Los Baños & Calamba area.
Once payment is made please send us a picture of the bank deposit slip or receipt of payment so we can confirm payment.
Shipping/ Meet up
You will be responsible for paying the shipping/ delivery fee of your order. Shipping/ delivery fee is based on the package weight & size as well as the area were the item(s) will be delivered. We will ship your order either the same day or the following day after receiving your payment. We do meet ups only at 711 Purok 1 Brgy. Maahas, Los Baños, Laguna.
We will send you a private message with the tracking info of your order once order is shipped.
Note: We will not ship order(s) until payment is received.
Note: We try our best to package items securely so that it will not get damaged in transit. But please be aware that sometimes item packaging gets damaged during shipping which is beyond our control.
Cancellations & Returns
Because we only have limited quantities available for each item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We have a 24hrs cancellation policy. Should you change your mind or have any other reason to cancel an order, you have 24hrs to do so. No cancellation request will be entertained after 24hrs of placing an order. Once payment is received, you can no longer cancel the order. To avoid any confusion with the orders, we pack and label orders as soon as payment is received that is why we have this policy.
