Before you start shopping with us, we have list down few terms and reminders you need to know to ensure safe and seamless transactions. Our products are for PRE-ORDER, unless otherwise stated. 3. Orders are confirmed once deposit is settled. Availability of items depend on store availability. We encourage you to confirm orders as soon as you can
5. Cancellation of order is strictly prohibited. We will require at least 50% deposit to confirm your orders. Deposit is nonrefundable.
2. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after the item arrives in the Philippines. We will process local shipping once full payment is received. Orders will be forfeited if the remaining balance is not settled after 7 days.
3. For bulk orders amounting to PHP10,000 and above, we will require full payment.
4. International shipping is FREE of charge. Local shipping is to be shouldered by the buyer. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT (AU-PH)
1. Shipment is via ship cargo. Estimated arrival of package is 6-7 weeks from sailing date.
2. Please note that there may be unexpected delays. Rest assured we will provide the customers constant updates on the shipping if this happens.
3. We will make sure the items are packed securely before shipping from Australia. However, if items get damaged in transit to PH, we will consider refunds if they are damaged beyond fit for use or consumption. LOCAL DELIVERY/SHIPMENT (PH)
1. For verification purposes, we will send photos to the buyer before packing for local shipment.
