Dear valued clients,

How are things going for everyone? I hope everyone is in good health. As you may be aware, our shop in Kamagong had to close due to the pandemic, and we had to give up our small simple space with a heavy heart. Not only that, but it was very difficult not to be able to see and communicate with our dear customers, new friends we met during our weekend workshops, and those who have placed their trust in our natural handmade products.

It was difficult to return because our soul and spirit had been shattered, and the change had affected our creativity. Change was difficult, but we had to adjust gradually. We returned to our corporate jobs and our old professions, but something was missing. We felt incomplete and as if our corporate journey was merely a means to an end, with no meaning in what we did. We accept online orders for our products, but we miss interacting with minds like people.

So, a few weeks later, we realized that now is not the time to give up, and our minds were racing with new products, formulation, and workshop ideas.

Satinka Naturals is officially back and ready to embark on a new adventure. Our workshop doors have reopened for the month of July in order to share our knowledge and help build a community that values natural products.

Here are some of the changes and plans we have decided to implement:
1. Online and in-person workshops
2. Satinka Naturals will continue to serve our long-standing customers for bulk orders.
3. New formulations for facial care have been developed, and 80% of our products will now focus on facial care.
4. Home and Pet care will be sold under a new label that we will create, but it will be marketed under the Satinka Naturals brand.
5. Our brand name will eventually change to Satinka (locally made facial care products).

So these are just a few changes, but I'm sure there will be more along the way.

We hope to catch up with you and have you join us on our next adventure.

Do you want refilled natural products delivered to your door? Do you have a large number of bottles that you'd like to reuse?

We recently launched a project called Zero Waste Solved, in which our riders will pick up your empty bottles by schedule and deliver your product the following day.

How does it work?

1. Choose items from our Zero Waste product list and indicate the size of the bottle you want to refill.
2. Make a payment, and we will send you a confirmation email.
3. Our riders will come and collect your empty containers/bottles.
4. You will receive your products the following day.
