To our valued customers:

Please make sure na bago po kayo mag order, sure napo tlaga kayo sa orders nyo, before we pack the orders, we send photos of the item and the how it is wrapped carefully. Hindi yung kung kailan po out for delivery hindi niyo irereceive. This is such a total waste po kasi pag na RTS samin, bugbog na yung package at nadadamage na yung yung original packaging.

We also have strict policy po when it comes to return and refund. No unboxing video , no refund. Dahil bago namin ipack yung order, we ensure that there are no damages or defects sa items and we pack them very carefully para hindi madamage while in transit.

Please understand na nagkakaron po kami ng loss whenever nadadamage ang item pag na RTS. Meron din po kami na encounter na buyer na parang pinalitan na ung laman ng parcel nung na return samin.

To our dear customers,

We are totally aware of the article that was posted here on facebook about the safety of squishy toys and we always make sure that the items we sell are safe , Sabina and I personally have tested lahat ng tinda na meron kami and we dont sell anything that can compromise kids safety.

We always encourage kids to always wash their hands after playing the squishies. We understand that some parents are just being cautious, dont worry coz we make sure that we conducted quality check on our stocks to check if their are defects, leaks etc before we proceed to sell them. And again, we personally play the squishies that we sell. And lastly, this business is my daughter’s mini business, as a parent i wont put her in a situation na compromised yung safety nya.. we would like to thank those who reminded and shown concern, we deeply appreciate the gesture.
