Falcon Waterfree Philippines, a subsidiary of Falcon Water Technologies, was registered on September 6, 2004 at the Securities and Exchange Commission with the concept of water conservation with waterfree urinal as its product. Falcon Water Technologies LCC, the parent company of Falcon Waterfree Philippines, was launched in year 2000. It is owned by two main investment groups: Mapleton Investments, the investment arm of Marc Nathanson and Capricorn Management, the investment arm of Jeff Skolls. Prior to owning Falcon Waterfree, Marc Nathanson sold Falcon Cable, which was affiliated to Home Cable in the Philippines, for $3.6 billion. Jeff Skolls was one of the two co-founders of EBAY.com and is a member of Forbes’ list of billionaires with an estimated wealth of $ 6.2 billion. To date, these two investment groups have given us the ability to grow from a start up company in 1999 to a company doing business in over 32 countries in 2006.
