Exciting news! Following the success of the limited-time Gundam Base Pop-up at Shangri-La Mall, it seems we're about to have our very own permanent Gundam Base in Manila!

For now, however, key details remain under wraps. No official opening date or permanent store location has been publicly confirmed, so fans will have to wait for the next announcement." -DNBPHNews

The Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam is officially joining the MGEX lineup! The ZGMF/A-262PD-P Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam combines the Strike Freedom Gundam Type II with the Proud Defender, a support craft that replaces its Super DRAGOON Mobile Weapon Wings and unlocks a new level of combat capability.

The kit will make GunPla history as the first to use colored plastic mechanical core plating--with brand-new mechanical core plating technology, multiple types of gold finishes, the return of MGEX’s highly articulated Strike Freedom-based frame, and the massive Proud Defender, the Mighty Strike Freedom is getting exactly the kind of extravagant treatment we would expect from the MGEX line.

The kit is scheduled to be released in March 2027 with an expected retail price of ¥26,400 (approx. PHP 10,240 plus shipping).
