📍 Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the overall operations of Premium Kitchen Equipment, ensuring efficient ex*****on across sales operations, warehouse and inventory control, logistics coordination, project implementation, customer service, and operational profitability. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance, accountability, and process improvement across departments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth ex*****on across all departments.
- Monitor operational efficiency, project timelines, and service delivery.
- Ensure proper coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and installation teams.
- Implement and enforce operational SOPs and company policies.
2️⃣ Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock accountability.
- Monitor inventory movement, shrinkage, variances, and slow-moving items.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation processes.
3️⃣ Project & Installation Coordination
- Oversee project implementation schedules and installation timelines.
- Coordinate manpower, supplier deliveries, and client requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor pending punch lists and after-sales service concerns.
4️⃣ Financial & Cost Management
- Monitor operational expenses and cost efficiency.
- Ensure proper liquidation, reimbursement, and procurement controls.
- Analyze operational KPIs and profitability indicators.
- Coordinate closely with Accounting regarding collections, payables, and operational costs.
5️⃣ Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead supervisors and operational personnel toward KPI achievement.
- Conduct regular business reviews and operational meetings.
- Coach and develop team members for performance improvement.
- Build a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
6️⃣ Customer & Service Excellence
- Ensure high standards of customer service and project ex*****on.
- Address client escalations and operational issues promptly.
- Improve customer satisfaction through operational responsiveness and quality control.

🎓 Qualifications
--Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, retail, construction supply, or kitchen equipment industry
-Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in inventory management and operational controls
- Knowledge in ERP/POS/Inventory Systems is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
