Dispatcher:
Keeps the fleet moving smoothly, balances driver schedules and assigns
drivers to specific routes, scheduling pickup and delivery times, and
optimizing travel paths to reduce fuel costs and delays.
Serves as the main point of contact for drivers on the road, assisting them
with issues and provides updates regarding status.
Maintains accurate records of delivery logs, freight bills, driver manifests,
and customer billing details.
Driver:
Safely operates vehicles to transport cargo, navigating routes efficiently,
and meeting strict pickup and delivery schedules.
Navigates the delivery route safely and arriving at destinations on time.
Performs mandatory pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking brakes,
tires, fluids, and lights) to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
Maintains accurate trip logs, delivery receipts, and fuel records.
Helper: -
Manually moves, lifts and organizes cargo into and out of the delivery
vehicle.
Salesman – Meat
• Experience in meat sales, distribution, or the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of meat products, proper handling, and food safety
practices.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to customer locations.
• With valid driver's license.
Driver – Prime Mover
• Valid professional driver's license with the appropriate restriction/code to
operate prime movers and trailers.
• At least 2–3 years of experience driving prime movers or heavy trucks.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws, road safety, and vehicle inspection
procedures.
• Able to handle long-distance trips.
• Responsible, reliable, and capable of completing delivery documentation
accurately.
