Subaru specialist AeonX MotorZ vs. 2011 Subaru Forester 4EAT Transmission issue

When this subie came to us with it's foriegner owner, it was locking up all 4 wheels on downshifts, making it a big danger on the road. No error on dashboard, no error in ECU. So we had to get into it deeper. Data log and test drive revealed a dirty little secret. So we started the surgery, removing the fluids, valvebody and repairs.

On these older model, it takes a bit longer due to valvebody being under the car, and using RTV to seal the oil pan.

Now we can send it back home to it's owner with confidence 🥰
