To our valued customers,
We hope this finds you and your loved ones well. We know this is a bit overdue; and for that, we sincerely apologize. This pandemic has been tough for a lot of us individually and it has been especially tough on small businesses like ours. We had to close down our physical stores, downsize our team significantly, struggle through coordinating through work-from-home settings and countless other logistical issues.
Because of the challenging times we are all facing, we have decided to temporarily close our website and stop taking in new inventories from our suppliers/distributors. We will solely be selling via our Shopee store; and as of now, we don't plan on replenishing our on-hand stocks.
For those of you who have pending orders, there will be two scenarios.
Scenario 1: You received an email from us stating that your order had been canceled.
This means that we had issues (logistical, distribution, etc.) with your order and we will not be able to accomplish them for you. We will then send you a refund form. We ask that you kindly fill that up so that we can refund you the full amount that you have paid as soon as possible. Once refund has been made, we will email you a copy of the deposit slip as proof of the refund.
Scenario 2: You haven't received an email.
This means that the product you have ordered will be delivered. We will send you an email to confirm this and will update you periodically as to the expected date of arrival of the product.
As we have stated above, this pandemic has been hard for us. We have had a lot of issues. We have already started the refund process some time ago. It's taking quite some time to sort and verify the refunds as we are working remotely with a small team, and coordination is an issue. We are targeting to have the refund process completed before the year end. Again, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
Animezing has been a childhood dream come true for us brought about by our love for toys. We dreamt of building a place where people can meet up and share this common passion. For now, we would just have to put this dream on hold and let the pandemic do its thing. Hopefully, when things have settled a bit more, we might see each other again.
Again, to our valued customers, especially those who have been with us through thick and thin, thank you for being a part of this period in our lives. Keep safe and healthy. See you all on the flip side.
