What once began in small notes and quiet practice continues to take form. ✨
Long before this had a name,
there were small vials of herbs —
kept, collected, simply because they felt right.
Not knowing then, it was already a beginning.
I kept a small notebook too —
pages filled with names, notes, and little records,
learning in my own quiet way, one entry at a time.
Then came the seasons of baking —
bread rising slowly,
ingredients measured with care,
mixing bowls filled with batter and frosting,
hands learning patience, balance, and timing.
Alongside this, there was also training and practice —
learning how to care,
how to observe, how to be present,
how to hold responsibility with intention.
Different paths, but always the same root:
to care.
Those same bowls are here now.
The same process remains.
Measured. Mixed. Set aside to rest.
Like dough waiting to rise.
What once held flour and sugar
now holds herbs and blends —
prepared with the same careful hands,
the same hopeful heart,
and the same intention to care.
Nothing rushed.
Nothing wasted.
Every phase was preparing the next.
From handwritten notes…
to bread and batter…
to learned practice…
to blends resting quietly, becoming.
Grateful for beginnings that were simple but sincere.
Hopeful for what continues to grow from what was once small.
Blessed in ways that unfold gently, without needing to be loud. ✨
Save this for paths that come together.
Share softly, if it feels right.
