Ang buong galak na nakiisa ang mga 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 bilang kabataang patuloy na nagpapakita ng pananampalataya, paglilingkod, at pagmamahal sa kapwa ay mula sa 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐬 na pinamumunuan ni Gng. Lorelen Bie, CE ng Pasig City GS Council.

Nawa’y patuloy tayong gabayan ng Mahal na Birhen ng Kapayapaan at Mabuting Paglalakbay at ilapit tayo kay Hesus sa bawat hakbang ng ating buhay.

In celebration of the Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month and Tourism Month, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) proudly took part in the Stop and Salute Ceremony held at the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium, Manila.

Forty-one (41) Junior, Senior, and Cadet Girl Scouts, together with eight ( 8 ) Adult Leaders from the Caloocan City and Quezon City Girl Scout Councils, came together to honor and pay tribute to the Philippine flag and the values it represents—unity, patriotism, and love for country.

With pride in their hearts and respect for the nation, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines continue to Lead On—carrying our legacy and leading the future.

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) participated in commemorating National Heroes Day at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Libingan ng mga Bayani, Taguig City, on August 31, 2026. The solemn ceremony served as a meaningful tribute to the courage, patriotism, and selfless sacrifices of the country’s heroes who dedicated their lives in service to the Filipino people.

A total of seventy five (75) Girl Scouts and adult leaders from the Rizal Girl Scout Council participated in the commemoration, demonstrating the Girl Scouts’ commitment to honoring the nation’s heroes and carrying forward the values of patriotism, service, and responsible citizenship.

Also present were the GSP Girl Representatives from the Central Board: Cdt. GS Queen Hannah Diana Ruth A. Magusib of the Central Luzon Region; Cdt. GS Mary Jane A. Fornis of the Southern Luzon Region, who led the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas; Cdt. GS Aijeleth A. Yatar of the Visayas Region; and Cdt. GS Rei Ginnah Cassandra R. Magsayo of the Western Mindanao Region.

Following the ceremony, the Girl Scouts and adult leaders proceeded to the bust of Josefa Llanes Escoda, founder of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, to pay tribute and commemorate her enduring legacy of courage, patriotism, and service to the nation.

Their participation reflected the enduring role of young Filipino women in keeping the spirit of heroism alive. Through their presence and active involvement in the ceremony, the Girl Scouts reaffirmed their commitment to remembering the sacrifices of those who came before and inspiring the next generation to serve the country with courage, integrity, and compassion.
